Lease provides a platform for creating, customizing, managing, and sending lease agreements. The Service includes AI-powered document import, a block-based document editor, digital signature capabilities, DOCX export, and team management features.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Lease and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.
The Service facilitates electronic signatures through third-party providers. While we strive to ensure compliance with applicable e-signature laws, you are responsible for determining whether electronic signatures are legally valid and enforceable for your specific use case and jurisdiction.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in accordance with the pricing plan you select. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lease shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
